• Assists in the preparation of the budget data
• Prepares vouchers and spreadsheets
• Enters data into the automated accounting system from the account payable vouchers. 
• Use ledgers to record cash, accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, accrued expenses, and deposits
• Edit, post and create check batches 
• Completes regular check batches weekly
• Attends all meetings in regards to budget spending and reporting
