Standard work hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities:
Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately.
Handle tax compliance tasks, including accessing tax portals and communicating with state authorities.
Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist in generating financial reports and summaries.
Act as a backup
Demonstrate strong work ethics and the ability to solve problems independently.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Note: This role does not require a degree but necessitates extensive experience in accounting. Knowledge of Quickbooks is not required, as we utilize SAP Business ONE and ERP systems.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounting, particularly in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and accounting procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP Business ONE, ERP systems, and accounting software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and follow procedures.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
