Work directly with the Operations department to provide required information/items and process completed client paperwork
Coordinate transactions as directed by Investment Advisors and clients
Assist with compliance tasks including downloading statements and filing correspondence.
Assist with scanning and organizing tax documents, invoices, and payments
Perform other related projects as directed by Investment Advisors or other staff
Serve as a backup receptionist when needed
Work with affiliated companies and organizations for client accounts and requests

A successful candidate for this position will have the following:
Ability to multi-task and independently prioritize work assignments
Strong communication skills
Professional communication style when interacting with clients over the phone, email and in person
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
Ability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
Ability to work collaboratively with Advisors and the Operations department
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Experience working in the financial services industry is preferred but not required. Any
experience working in the insurance industry or working with Pershing as custodian
and/or NetX360 platform is a plus. Hands-on training will be provided.
