Experience supporting executives or senior management.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Familiarity with project management or CRM software.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor???s degree preferred.2+ years of administrative or office support experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Professional demeanor and discretion when handling confidential information.
