Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
As our Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator, you'll manage a diverse range of tasks vital to the smooth functioning of our office:
Human Resources & Staff Support:
-Support benefit programs and coordinate the processing of related documentation and forms.
-Create, maintain, and distribute new employee orientation materials and assist with orientation efforts.
-Maintain the Applicant Log and distribute resumes/applications to appropriate personnel.
-Generate award certificates and memos as requested.
Accounts Payable & Financial Support:
-Sort, match, and enter vendor invoices.
-Manage and reconcile the monthly company credit card statement.
General Office & Reception:
-Answer telephones, screen calls, and transfer them to the appropriate individuals.
-Greet and welcome visitors and callers, handle inquiries, and direct them as needed.
-Assist with the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
-Provide meeting support (e.g., scheduling conference rooms, coordinating food/logistics).
-Assist with the coordination of company events.
-Help maintain and distribute catalog/brochure material.
-Perform general office duties such as managing the flow of correspondence, filing, and faxing.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Education and Experience:
--Minimum of one year of office administrative support experience is preferred.
--Some college education is preferred.

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
-Excellent organizational skills (both oral and written).
-Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task effectively.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
-Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor for interacting with staff, clients, and vendors.
