Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, drivers, and employees in a professional manner.
Answer and route phone calls, responding to inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain and update records, including driver logs, schedules, and administrative files.
Coordinate office supplies and ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, including handling invoices and other important documents.
Support HR and management with clerical tasks, such as onboarding paperwork and employee communication.
Handle general office duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
