- Organizing and communicating to employees so that Agency Services calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner. Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures. -Support agents directly with the enrollment process, agent of record changes, username and password, commission, and other company profile information.- Ensure all Agency Services email inboxes are regularly worked and processed to satisfy company requirements.- Be available for employees that experience work obstacles providing appropriate direction and resolution, escalation to Policy Transfer Manager/AVP Operations as needed.- Work with department manager to ensure employees have appropriate training and resources to perform their jobs. - Share continual responsibility for deciding how to manage the workflow to ensure calls and paper flow are handled efficiently and effectively.- Help establish work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.- Use appropriate judgement in upward communication regarding department or employee concerns.
1-4 years
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Excel, internet, and also possess good typing/data entry skills- Ability to work under pressure and mulit-task- Maintain a positive attitude with all agents, customers and co-workers- Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
- High School Diploma or equivalent- 1-2 years work experience.- 1 year previous insurance or financial services experience preferred but not required for employer is willing to train- Must have good internet for you will be in office every Monday and remote the remainder of the week unless there is a business need that requires in-office presence.-Must be open to working an 8 hour schedule between the hours of 6am-6pm Monday - Friday.
