We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage the financial records of our manufacturing operations. The ideal Bookkeeper candidate will have a working knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, cost tracking, and inventory management as it relates to a manufacturing environment.

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Process vendor invoices, customer payments, and payroll-related transactions.
Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
Prepare and maintain financial reports (profit and loss statements, balance sheets, etc.).
Track and record raw material purchases, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
Monitor manufacturing costs and provide reports on cost variances and margins.
Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
Collaborate with production and operations staff to ensure accurate job costing.
Manage fixed asset schedules and depreciation records.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with ERP systems used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Global Shop).
Knowledge of GAAP and manufacturing accounting principles.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
3+ years of bookkeeping experience; manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar).
Knowledge and understanding of inventory and job costing systems.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
Organizational and communication skills.
Must be experienced in Bookkeeping
