The Business Affairs Manager supports the CEO in daily operations and decision-making by providing executive assistance, project coordination, business administration, and bilingual communication. The Business Affairs Manager ensures smooth internal and external communication, prepares strategic reports, and maintains strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information. As the Business Affairs Manager you will be working directly with the CEO and may have to work extended hours as necessary

Qualifications:
Executive Support: Manage CEO?s calendar, meetings, travel, and events; prioritize daily tasks
Documentation & Reporting: Draft and review reports, presentations, and key business correspondence
Internal Communication: Act as liaison between executives, departments, and employees
External Relations: Coordinate with partners, institutions, and clients; support corporate PR and official events
Business & Strategic Support: Conduct market research, prepare decision-making materials, monitor project status
Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle confidential data and corporate information securely
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or MBA (Business Administration, Communication, or related fields preferred)
5+ years of experience in Executive Support, Business Administration, or Project Management
Skilled in Project Management, Business Communication, Strategic Planning, and Executive Assistance
Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Advanced level MS Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
