Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in resolving past-due accounts with effective payment arrangements.
- Negotiate and develop customized payment plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service while meeting performance and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Follow all regulatory and company policies to ensure compliance.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Previous experience in collections, customer service, or call center roles.
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with financial solutions or telecom/medical billing.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Professional phone manner with the ability to build rapport.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency (data entry, navigating multiple systems).
- Willingness and ability to complete a background check, reference check, and drug screen.
- Must be able to reliably commute to the Baymeadows area of Jacksonville, FL.
