Be a Compliance Champion: Maintain accurate documentation and follow all compliance requirements like a pro.

Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using computer-based systems and multiple screens
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
A high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications:
Previous experience in collections or a call center environment
Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations
Experience with CRM software and payment processing
