closings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved. You'll need to be
adept at identifying and resolving potential issues before they arise, demonstrating strong
problem-solving abilities.
While not required, prior experience in lending or real estate will be a significant plus
Responsibilities:

Manage the entire commercial closing process from start to finish.
Prepare and review closing documents for accuracy and completeness.
Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, realtors, and attorneys.
Proactively identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, maintaining
the highest standards of integrity.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Support business development efforts and contribute to company growth and client
retention.
Provide support to our Commercial Division Manager and Construction Escrow
Processor as needed.
Travel between offices as required to facilitate closings and support business
needs.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Qualifications:
Associates degree or 2+ years of professional office experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to varying workloads.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of managing
multiple priorities.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to travel between offices as needed.
