Responsibilities:
Act as key contact with property owners to ensure that objectives are being met by team. Along with the regional managers, prepare, review, and deliver timely, accurate, and complete monthly financial reports.
Manage day-to-day operations, constantly ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across team.
Hire, train, and lead all Commercial Management Services personnel.
Implement process improvement initiative to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Utilize strong financial acumen and budgeting skills. Coordinate with Accounting Department to ensure accuracy of monthly tenant rent statements. Actively engages in resolving collection issues and disputes. When necessary, prepare correspondence with tenants regarding collections. Send and coordinate default notices to tenants and completes paperwork to initiate legal process. Participate in legal action when required.
Ensure adherence to the approved budget with primary responsibility for variance reporting; forecast cash flow of property; review real estate tax assessments; and file required municipal reports.
Coordinate and assist in the oversight of tenant improvements and capital projects.
Negotiate and coordinate contracts and activities of third-party vendors, such as maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial services. Ensures vendors are fully qualified and in compliance with requirements.
Other duties as assigned. A high degree of initiative is essential for success in this role.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
BA, BS, or Associates degree preferred.
Real Property Administrator (RPA) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation or candidacy preferred.

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Significant proven experience in senior leadership roles within a commercial environment; strong understanding of property management laws and regulations a must.
Experience using Yardi and/or other Property Management software required.
Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Strong background in operations management with the ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve.
