Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding commercial insurance inquiries and requests.
Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations for commercial insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with underwriters and risk management professionals to understand client business needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Assist clients with claims reporting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless claims experience.
Educate clients on commercial insurance coverage options, policy features, and products to meet their specific business needs.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our agency management system.
Collaborate with internal team members and insurance carriers to resolve client issues and inquiries in a timely manner.
Stay informed about industry trends, commercial insurance regulations, and product updates to provide informed assistance to clients.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 AM
Skills:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license or willingness to obtain within specified timeframe.
Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field preferred, with some experience in a business environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with insurance agency management systems preferred.
