Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies (80%)
- Take the lead in creating and executing marketing campaigns to drive FSET participation, including video production, social media, and print materials.
- Collaborate with external vendors to develop high-quality video content and manage media buys (social media, billboards, etc.).
- Work closely with policy analysts and internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with program objectives and resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns based on performance data, ensuring the most effective outreach.
- Project Management & Collaboration (20%)
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure the timely delivery of all materials, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming new ideas and discussing ways to enhance the communications strategy.
- Participate in internal reviews of materials, ensuring they meet both creative and strategic standards.
Skills:
- Familiarity with FSET or similar public assistance programs.
- Media buying experience, including placing ads across various platforms (social media, print, billboards).
- Experience managing web content using platforms like Drupal and conducting email campaigns with GovDelivery
- Ability to work through a formal approval process for content, using tools like Approval Manager.
Qualifications:
- Marketing Expertise: Experience with developing and executing marketing strategies, especially in the public service or outreach sectors. Ability to create impactful campaigns that engage diverse audiences.
- Video Production Management: Proven experience in video production, including managing agencies and overseeing the entire process?from concept to delivery
