As the Community Associations Manager, you'll be the reliable point person for neighborhood associations, ensuring smooth operations in full compliance with Florida Law and the management contract. You will be essential in keeping things running smoothly, from handling administrative tasks and property inspections to facilitating board meetings and managing the association's assets.
Responsibilities:
Problem-Solving & Support: Investigate association concerns, propose effective solutions for board consideration, and respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis.
Administrative Oversight: Prepare and distribute all association communications (notices, correspondence, email blasts) in compliance with Florida Law.
Vendor & Property Management: Conduct property inspections, coordinate service calls for common areas, and oversee contract service providers to ensure routine inspections are completed.
Financial Duties: Prepare annual association budgets and approve invoices prior to payment.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare notices and packets, coordinate logistics, and take/prepare minutes for annual and board meetings.
Asset Management: Assist neighborhood boards in soliciting and administering bids (insurance, landscaping, etc.) and oversee insurance renewals and claims.
Digital: Set up and maintain website documents for condo associations.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Current Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license.
A minimum of three (3) years of prior community association management experience.
Proficiency in budget development and top notch problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft 365.
Possession of a valid driver???s license.
