Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract workflows, including review, execution, processing, and filing.
- Manage, refine, and implement legal processes to support the global Legal and Data Privacy teams.
- Maintain and improve legal tools such as electronic signature and contract management systems.
- Support policy and training initiatives within the Legal Department.
- Process invoices and purchase orders related to legal services.
- Draft and transmit legal correspondence (letters, memos, reports).
- Collaborate with teams on subsidiary management, corporate governance, and compliance projects.
- Prepare operational reports and presentations for senior leaders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS) required
- Prior experience in a contracts or legal department.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with legal operations tools such as contract management platforms, e-signature solutions, or document management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Authorized to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship
