Responsibilities:
Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns and project updates
Review logistics and support requirements.
Develop and manage logistic metrics, internal analysis tools, and key performance indicators to ensure workflow, and outcomes are favorable for both the Company and customer.
Propose and create solutions for customers to ensure satisfaction in a timely manner.
Track product flow from origin to final delivery.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven project management experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
Bachelors degree preferred
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
MS Office Suite Proficiency
Minimum of 3 years in a logistics position
Team Player
Organized with an eye for detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
