- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all areas of the facility, such as offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials in accordance with established procedures, ensuring proper separation and disposal of waste to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.- Maintenance and Repairs: Identify and report maintenance issues, such as leaks, faulty equipment, or damaged fixtures, to appropriate personnel for prompt resolution. Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.- Stocking and Inventory: Monitor and replenish supplies, such as restroom supplies, cleaning products, and equipment, to ensure adequate stock levels for daily operations. Keep storage areas organized and tidy.- Floor Care: Perform floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing floors, as well as carpet cleaning and spot removal, to maintain a clean and presentable appearance.- Safety and Security: Maintain awareness of safety hazards and security risks within the facility, promptly addressing any concerns or incidents to ensure the safety and well-being of occupants and visitors.- Event Support: Provide setup and cleanup support for special events, meetings, or gatherings held within the facility, including arranging furniture, setting up equipment, and cleaning before and after events.- Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, related to cleanliness, sanitation, and facility maintenance.

- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred.- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials.- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning and maintaining facilities.- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
