Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls for order status, pricing, and product information
- Process accurate order information and customer requests
- Recommend products based on customer requirements and expectations
- Troubleshoot any potential issues with product accuracy, shipping, etc
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Experience with Oracle preferred, other CRM
- Experience in a call center environment, preferably doing order entry
