We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative! The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether in person or over the phone. Your responsibilities will include providing information about our services, handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every visitor. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with no evenings or weekends required.

- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Provide information about our services, rates, and policies
- Assist customers with reservations, bookings, and rental inquiries
- Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area
- Assist with general office duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
Skills:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Bubbly personality and enthusiasm for working with the public
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus
