As the first point of contact for current and prospective customer, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service, assisting with rentals, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email in a professional and courteous manner
Process agreements, accurately and efficiently
Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience, professionalism, and resolution-oriented service
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the office, storage units, and facility grounds
Conduct regular property walk-throughs to ensure safety, security, and compliance with company standards
Assist with inventory management of packing supplies and other retail items
Follow company procedures and safety protocols
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in a Storage facility
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior customer service or retail experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use basic office equipment and computer systems (Microsoft Office, POS, CRM software)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic math skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform occasional light physical tasks
Reliable transportation and punctuality
