- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to dealers, consumers, and service providers
- Achieve and maintain 99% or higher order accuracy
- Maintain and manage the customer database
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent degree required
- Previous experience in a call center, tech support, customer service, or fitness industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
