We?re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service team member to join our custom T-shirt printing shop. You?ll be the friendly face (and voice!) of our business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
Greet walk-in customers and assist them with orders, product selection, and custom requests
Place and manage inventory orders for blank garments, inks, and supplies
Maintain and update the production calendar to coordinate printing schedules and deadlines
Enter and track customer orders using POS and scheduling systems
Assist in basic billing and invoicing tasks
Must have reliable transportation to arrive on time
Arranging orders for production on our production calendar and in the warehouse.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with order tracking software is helpful, but not required
Experience in customer service or retail sales is a plus
