Responsibilities:
Accurate Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain a high volume of complex merchant and payment processing data (e.g., account details, transaction records, service agreements, hardware inventory) into the company's CRM and database systems with meticulous attention to detail.
Data Integrity: Perform regular audits and quality checks on entered data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to security and compliance protocols.
Record Management: Maintain organized and detailed records of all customer interactions, service requests, and data modifications.
Documentation: Process and file various administrative documents, including new merchant applications and change requests.
Front-line Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing professional, timely, and solutions-focused assistance
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve common customer issues related to payment processing, billing, account status, terminal errors, and online gateway functionality.
Account Education: Clearly and patiently explain payment processing products, services, and technical steps to merchants with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Escalation: Identify and promptly escalate complex technical or high-priority account issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience within the financial, banking, or payment processing industry preferred.
Typing speed of 45+ WPM is a plus
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a combination of high-volume data entry and customer service
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Proven ability to learn and navigate multiple internal systems and databases quickly.
Proven high accuracy rate and efficiency in data entry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent is required
