Responsibilities:

Designing and leading safety programs that meet or exceed local, state, and federal regulations.
Using data and insight (and your sharp eye) to spot trends and solve safety challenges.
Running routine safety inspections like a pro! nothing gets past you!
Keeping management in the loop on all relevant EHS rules and requirements.
Managing records like a champ to stay OSHA-compliant.
Leading the development and implementation of our SWPPP.
Educating and empowering employees on health and safety best practices.
Managing workers' comp processes with care and precision.
Creating fun, engaging, and informative safety training modules.
Taking on additional projects as assigned
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Certification in OSHA 30, CSP, CHST, or similar credentials.
Familiarity with ISO 45001 or other EHS management systems.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus!
Previous experience managing SWPPP, hazardous materials, and environmental permits.
Hands-on experience in emergency response and incident investigation.

Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety (you're a seasoned safety guru)
Excellent communication and organizational skills (you're the go-to person).
Sharp attention to detail

Experience working in a manufacturing
Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
