Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor apprentice electricians, ensuring all tasks are performed safely and to a high standard.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Keep detailed records of all time and materials used on projects, providing regular progress reports.
• Maintain the company vehicle, keeping it clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
• Travel and be available for on-call assignments as needed.

Skills:

• Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members.
• A strong initiative and a drive to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License in Minnesota, registered with the MN DLI.
• Valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated experience in project and time management.
• Hands-on and/or academic electrical experience and knowledge.
