key responsibilities
- Prepares spreadsheets for Accountants as directed
- Assists in invoice processing
- Learns multiple software programs to process invoices and billing
- Verify client insurance information
- Maintains inventory
- Prepares accounts payable voucher for expenses
- Prepares reports for review and informs Accountant 1 of budget concerns
- Audits approximately 30 month travel reimbursement requests
- Provides administrative support when needed.
