Available Shifts:
10am-6pm Monday-Friday
10am-2pm Saturdays
Pay Rate:
$18-$20 /hr. based on experience.

Locally owned company in Mansfield with 40+ years in business.
Job Description:
In this role, you'll work directly with customers to help them find the right flooring solutions for their needs, prepare quotes, and support day-to-day office operations. If you have a knack for customer service, strong communication skills, and basic computer knowledge, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, POS systems, inventory software)
- Prior experience in retail sales or the flooring industry
- Ability to learn product details and accurately convey them to customers
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
- Must be comfortable standing for an 8-hour shift.
