Responsibilities:
Analyze state and federal guidelines to develop and update program policies
Create and maintain policy handbooks, forms, and official documentation
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for internal teams, local agencies, and partner organizations
Identify areas for process improvement across program systems and eligibility workflows
Coordinate program updates with division leaders and external stakeholders
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Proven experience analyzing, interpreting, and applying complex policies or regulations
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain intricate details clearly
Background in eligibility systems, enrollment processes, or public assistance programs preferred
Excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities independently
Ability to build strong relationships with agency staff and external community partners
