What You???ll Do:
- Help customers on the phone and in person???answer their questions about products, services, and store stuff
-Suggest other cool products or services that might help out our customers
-Set up new accounts and keep everything updated in the system
-Fix any problems???listen to what???s wrong, figure out a solution, and follow up to make sure it???s worked
-Make calls (outbound and inbound) to help customers take care of their payments
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

-You're easy to talk to, love helping people, and keep cool even if things get busy
-Basic computer skills (if you can use a register or send an email, you're good)
-You're organized and pay attention to details
-Prior customer service or sales experience helps, but it's not a deal breaker

1+ years of experience in customer service environment
