The Division Manager will lead field operations and support departments such as sales, production, and marketing to deliver outstanding customer service, consistent project execution, and sustainable growth. You'll collaborate directly with senior leadership, direct cross-functional teams, and drive performance through clear KPIs, process improvements, and effective culture development.

Lead and support cross-functional departments with a focus on operational excellence
Set performance goals and monitor KPIs to ensure alignment with broader company objectives

Promote job site safety and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Maintain excellent communication across teams, including marketing, sales, and field operations
Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency
Oversee budgets, assets, and internal systems to ensure resource efficiency
Track performance metrics using internal software tools and reports
Help shape company culture and reinforce core values through daily leadership
Be ready to roll up your sleeves and support wherever needed to keep operations moving forward
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in residential remodeling or home services
Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
A strategic mindset with the ability to dive into details as needed
Experience overseeing budgeting, forecasting, or asset management

4-7 years
Qualifications:
At least 10 years of leadership experience in operations, construction, or related industries
Excellent track record managing both people and processes in a hands-on environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Word)
Experience working with operational platforms (knowledge of rForce is a plus)
Ability to communicate clearly and lead teams through change and growth
Willingness to handle a mix of office and field-based responsibilities
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform work involving driving, standing, sitting, and walking
