Highlights:
- Duration: Long-term Temporary

- Pay rate: $19
- Availability Needed: M-F 8am-6pm CST
- Location: 50 miles of Madison
Responsibilities:
- Primary duties will include answering member questions and troubleshooting technical issues related to the Member Portal (computer web browser & phone application). This includes asking questions, gathering information for reporting to internal IT teams, creating clear/detailed documentation, and using common technical knowledge.
Qualifications:
- All candidates/contractors must be able to maintain a professional work environment without distraction from family members, roommates, and/or pets
- Being on camera is required for all meetings and training.
- Help Desk and/or Technical Support experience required
- Knowledge of health insurance plans highly preferred
- Education: HS diploma, or equivalent
- 2 years of tech support and/or customer service experience
- Customer Service experience in a Healthcare related setting (highly preferred)
- De-escalation skills.
- Computer savvy and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in using multi-screen workstations, and using multiple applications simultaneously.
- MS Office applications
- Excellent prior attendance history
- Critical-thinking skills, and a keen ability to show empathy, problem solve, and explain complex situations
- The desire to advance their careers and grow with an organization
- Internet speed tests will be required for all candidate submittals
