Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Conduct intake meetings with management to identify position needs and recruitment strategy.Establish consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.Create job postings and advertising initiatives in compliance with EEO and employment regulations.Screen candidates and schedule interviews.Stay knowledgeable about State and Federal employment laws.Manage high volume recruiting and track recruitment metrics.Develop networking opportunities and stay updated on talent acquisition trends.Lead recruitment programs and training for hiring managers.Manage the Employee Referral Program and recruitment-related bonus payments.Prepare salary quotes and extend offers.Plan and conduct New Employee Orientation programs.Coordinate with HR and Payroll for new employees.May participate in employee engagement initiatives and exit interviews.
1-4 years
Experience with HRIS, ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn, and digital recruitment systems preferred.PHR certification or Talent Acquisition credentials preferred.
High School diploma required, Associate's degree preferred.1-2 years of recruiting experience, or 3-4 years is a plus (healthcare experience preferred but not necessary).Software experience with Workday is a major plus.Good people skills, as the role involves working closely with managers across various clinics.Ability to take initiative and work independently.Proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.Strong follow-through skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.Excellent relationship-building abilities to foster connections with candidates and hiring managers.
