- Execute the full cycle recruiting process from job postings to offer negotiations, utilizing diverse sourcing methods to attract top talent, with a special focus on improving our hourly hiring process.- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive onboarding experiences that ensure new hires quickly integrate into their teams with clear first assignments and a thorough understanding of our culture.- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues as they arise, conducting thorough investigations when needed and providing performance management guidance to leadership.- Serve as the first point of contact for HR questions from employees and managers, providing practical solutions to workplace challenges.- Champion employee engagement initiatives and help embed recognition practices into our culture, fostering an environment of belonging and inclusiveness.- Build strong relationships with managers and supervisors and provide sound HR advice, including policy guidance, that aligns with business objectives.- Support organizational change initiatives and cultural development programs that enhance our workplace environment.- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in daily operations.- Assist international employees with time-sensitive immigration-related matters, in coordination with the Mobility Specialist, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

- Able to manage multiple tasks within the HR division such as onboarding, management, conduct investigations, coach managers, etc..- Able to assist employees with sensitive issues, excellent coaching skills and work well with people.- Able to troubleshoot a variety of HR related challenges that occur.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is considered an asset.- Minimum of five years of HR generalist experience, with demonstrated ability to juggle tasks from multiple HR functional areas simultaneously.- Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with proven ability to address issues promptly and effectively.- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.- Analytical problem-solving abilities with strategic thinking skills to align HR initiatives with business goals.- Ability to work in the U.S. on an indefinite basis without sponsorship.
