- Meet with hiring managers at initial recruitment and meet every few weeks to follow up on progress. Maintain clear line of communication with hiring managers throughout hiring
process.
- Find and hire the best-qualified candidate for job openings, in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Analyze job requirements to help attract appropriate talent.
- Screen the applicants. Run background checks and drug tests; screen all incoming resumes and applications prior to submitting to the hiring manager for review.
- Perform hiring process and onboarding for the new hires.
- Create job postings and advertising
- Make cold calls, coordinate on-site interviews, and assist in the management of candidate communications.
- Utilize temporary agencies and/or headhunters to recruit employees for both high level positions and/or temporary staffing needs.
- Prepare and distribute Job Offer letters, Position Descriptions, New Hire Checklists, and ECF's, as needed. Ensure accuracy of information. Use Sign Now as appropriate.
- Train supervisors/managers
- File Management
- Monitor miscellaneous pay increases offered at time of hire.
- Keep a report of all employee referrals.
- Assist in collecting and reporting data
- Assist department in coordinating companywide training and development.
- Attend local and out of state hiring events, as needed.
- Maintain I-9 records
- Responsible for assigned credentialing
- Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- 2 years in Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Experience with highly confidential information.
- Above average oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in Word and Excel.
- Must exercise a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
- Strong Organizational Skills.

Qualifications:
- Experience in Recruitment, Training and Development.
- ADP Workforce Now.
- Affirmative Action Planning.
- SHRM-CP or PHR Certification.
- Bilingual for English and Spanish is preferred.
- AA Degree
