The Administrative HR Clerk performs Human Resources reception duties, maintains personnel files and assists the Human Resources Department with providing all other HR Services to company employees.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and direct all phone calls to appropriate parties
Greet and help current employees/visitors/applicants

All filing for personnel to meet company policies (i.e. retention policy)
Check call in and complete report
Data entry - add new employee information, review, and update New Hire paperwork
Add, modify and distribute company ID badges to employees and/or visitors
Perform assigned onboarding and offboarding tasks as assigned
Keep track of interviews, offers, and starting dates
Help with Job Fairs - flyers, signs, and planning
Back-up Duties:
??? Interviews schedule and followup with applicants for interviews
??? Badges complete new hire badges from start to finish
??? New Hires Orientation and Onboarding
??? Hiring events
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Office, data entry, or administrative experience a plus
2 years administrative experience preferred
I-9 training or experience working with I9s
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
MUST have experience working in a manufacturing environment and has experience and dealing with that type of employee population
Experience with MS Office products required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2-3 years working consistently with files
Someone who has experience with dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
3-6 month assignment in Leeds
