Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics.
Conduct interviews to identify the most qualified candidates.
Manage all paperwork related to the interview process, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Perform general HR functions within the hiring process, including assisting the Employment Specialist with recruitment, staffing logistics, and retention efforts.
Assist in collecting necessary documentation for posting vacant positions.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Knowledge of multiple human resources management disciplines, principle and practices including, compensation, job evaluation methods, job descriptions (analyze, prepare and revise), recruitment and retention, screen applications, compile and analyze data
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Min. of 1 years experience in the human resources field.
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major curse work in human resource management, business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
PHR Certification is preferred
