We are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Specialist to support our Client in the Insurance industry for a direct hire. This role manages core HR functions, including employee relations, documentation, policy enforcement, and reporting. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough, timely, and impartial employee relations investigations and document findings clearly and confidently

Ensure consistent application and compliance with the company's attendance policy and other HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies.
Manage and update employee files and records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist with compliance reporting and audits, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Provide effective communication and support in both English and Spanish to all employees and management.
Occasional travel (up to 15%) within a 100-mile radius of Fresno, CA, is required to support remote sites; mileage reimbursement will be provided.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred.
Experience working within the insurance or financial services industry.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Proven experience in similar role
Strong knowledge of federal and California state employment laws.
Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
