Follows/tracks criminal charges for Public Housing and HCV/Section 8.Assists in maintaining vacated files Public Housing and HCV/Section 8.Prepares monthly tenant rent statement mailing. Prepares and affixes postage to all outgoing mail and parcels.Performs clerical duties such as typing correspondence and photocopying.Process Change forms for Public Housing and HCV/Section 8. Responsible for opening work orders for Public Housing.Prepares reports; develops and maintains departmental forms. Data entry of applicant information. Perform verification procedures as needed. Check applicant status on waiting list as needed. Receives and records tenant rent payments.
