s not limited to order completion, customer relations, and forecasting. This role will work with a sales team that is responsible for selling the company's retail brand. The position requires an individual who is motivated and able to think outside the box. They must be driven, creative, have attention to detail, and the capability of working well with a team. Compensation will consist of a base salary/wage and a bonus based on new sales developed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts by identifying potential new product uses, new customers, and industries to target.
- Analyze sales data to manage our existing products and determine what new products may be beneficial.
- Conduct or facilitate the necessary research to establish products as viable options in targeted industries.
- Work with new customers to identify the product that best meets their needs.
- Attend customer meetings and trade shows as needed.
- Conduct follow-up with all leads generated through trade shows and website inquiries.
- Write current customer orders with accuracy, create sales order, bill of lading, and customer specific documents
- Enter sales and track inventory in our inventory tracking system.
- Coordinate with production and shipping to ensure orders are produced and shipped to meet customer?s request.
- Work with distributors to ensure our product is readily available to all customers.
- Monitor pricing to ensure an appropriate margin while remaining competitive in the market.
- Provide sales forecasts for the different industrial segments.
- Provide customer feedback to allow for product improvements.
- Work with company Marketing and advertising firms to optimize digital marketing for the industrial product segments

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in B2B sales
- Education: Bachelors degree preferred
- Strong communicator and listener who likes to work in a collaborative environment
- A self-starter with attention to detail and a passion to help identify new business and drive sales volume
