Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining customer relationships.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Sales and negotiation experience.
CRM software and insurance sales platforms experience.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High School diploma required. Bachelors degree in a business or financial field a plus.
1-4 years experience in a sales role or related field.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
People Orientated.
Detail Orientated.
Proactive problem solving skills.
Sales and negotiation skills a plus.
Strong computer skills. CRM software and insurance sales platforms experience a plus.
