Training Support: Comprehensive training, mentorship, and support provided by experienced professionals.
Financial Support: Starting base salary of $60,000 with potential for substantial commission-based earnings. Commission opportunities begin upon completion of training and licensing.
Investment in Growth: Company-funded training, including travel expenses, lodging, meals, and study time during working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively generate new leads and business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, including cold-calling and face-to-face client meetings.
- Training Program: Engage in a structured training program alongside experienced producers. Participate in client meetings and prospect interactions to gain practical experience.
- Commission-Based Sales: Upon completion of training and licensing, utilize provided leads and prospects to generate revenue. You'll have the opportunity to earn commissions monthly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with seasoned Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) initially, and as you progress, a dedicated CSR will support your client management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
