Specialist diligently uses the ERP system to input and verify data, track material locations, and ensure the entire inventory record is accurate and updated in real-time. This role is crucial for preventing stock-outs and optimizing material flow.

Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control Management: Lead and execute the daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counting programs to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy and comprehensive control of materials.
- Data Integrity and System Updates: Maintain the ERP system by inputting timely and accurate information, updating material locations, performing system reconciliation, and resolving all discrepancies or inventory shortages.
- Fulfillment and Order Processing Support: Accurately select and stage parts required for production orders, verifying both the item number and correct quantity to support assembly lines.
- Inventory Movement and Optimization: Safely and efficiently manage material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to control and audit the movement and staging of products for optimal warehouse organization.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and company quality managementstandards to ensure a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Proven record of attendance and reliability
- 2 years of inventory experience
- Experience with warehouse management software
