Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management processes for the IRIS program.
- Review budget amendments, one-time expense requests, and service authorizations.
- Provide technical assistance and training to contractors and other stakeholders.
- Handle documentation for fair hearings and appeals.
- Participate in policy development and process improvement activities.
- Analyze and report on quality assurance findings.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of long-term care delivery systems and care management principles for adults with disabilities and the frail elderly.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations governing the Medical Assistance program.
- Experience with quality improvement methods.
- Flexibility and Independence: The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and adaptable mindset.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
