Spherion Temple is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist with the setup and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and work phones for our employees. This role involves working closely with the IT and procurement teams to ensure devices are delivered, properly tracked, and replaced when necessary. Responsibilities:
Set up laptops, desktops, and work phones for new and existing employees.
Maintain accurate records of all devices and oversee their return or replacement.
Communicate with team members regarding device provisioning status.
Collaborate with IT and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of devices.
Assist the Help Desk with resolving issues related to device provisioning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to device management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with IT asset management systems.
Familiarity with imaging tools (e.g., Autopilot).
Experience with device management platforms such as Intune and JAMF.
Basic understanding of networking and Wi-Fi.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or IT-related certifications are beneficial.
Previous experience in IT support, device management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Familiarity with iOS and Windows operating systems.
