You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining laptops, desktops, and mobile devices while ensuring accurate tracking and communication across departments. Success in this role means balancing hands-on technical tasks with top-tier organizational and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile phones for employees
Track, document, and manage IT assets from assignment to return
Communicate provisioning updates clearly and professionally to users and stakeholders
Collaborate with IT and procurement to coordinate device delivery and installation
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues or escalate when needed
Support Help Desk activities related to device imaging and deployment
Ensure device setup follows company policies and security protocols
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with IT asset management systems.
Familiarity with imaging tools (e.g., Autopilot).
Experience with device management platforms such as Intune and JAMF.
Basic understanding of networking and Wi-Fi.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or IT-related certifications are beneficial.
Previous experience in IT support, device management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Familiarity with iOS and Windows operating systems.
