Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
Assist with user account management and access control.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an IT support or technical role is preferred.
Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including Windows and common business applications.

High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; IT-related certifications are a plus.
