We are hiring long-term temporary IT Technicians to assist with upgrading computers to Windows 11 for a client in Duluth, MN. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic IT environment, with potential for permanent employment with the client.

Responsibilities:
Upgrade existing computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11
Verify software and hardware compatibility with Windows 11
Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during the upgrade process
Collaborate with IT team members to plan and execute upgrade schedules
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on Windows 11 features and functionality
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, especially Windows 10 and Windows 11
Excellent troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Adaptability to changing schedules and priorities
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT support or a related field
Familiarity with computer hardware and software installation processes
