The Lead Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for handling the electrical and mechanical projects for
our facilities including equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. They coordinate
with other mechanics to achieve optimal productivity and product quality. Reports to the Maintenance Manager.

? Responsible for leading and guiding a team of mechanics.
? Troubleshoots and repairs various manufacturing equipment.
? Uses power and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work.
? Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance
requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines,
following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, and manufacturers instructions.
? Install, set up, and tune new injection molding machines or similar plastic molding systems. May
install and maintain fixtures and facilities.
? Services equipment used by oiling, greasing, and adding gas as required.
? Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
? Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job
results.
? Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
- Preferred 3+ years of experience as an industrial mechanic.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
? Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics.
? Skill in applying building and equipment maintenance/repair technique.
? Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
? Ability to work overtime with a flex schedule on the weekends.
? Requires some pushing, pulling, or lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
