We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Legal Assistant and possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Assist attorneys with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
Conduct legal research and gather relevant information from various sources.
Manage and organize case files, documents, and exhibits.
Coordinate client meetings, court appearances, and depositions.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing documents.
Assist with billing and invoicing processes as required.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:

Associate degree or equivalent education preferred.
